The goal of Yoga as I teach it, and the birthright of every individual, is to realize the spiritual unity behind the diversity throughout creation and to live harmoniously on this earth.
This goal is achieved by attention to maintaining our natural condition: a relaxed body of optimum health and strength, a mind clear and calm, a will as strong and pliable as the silk from a spider's web, a heart full of joy and peace, and a life filled with love for and unity with all forms of life.

YOGA. This ancient lifestyle has been around for at least 5000 years. The ancient Yogis developed Hatha, the physical aspect of YOGA, to improve their quality of life. When Hatha is practiced routinely, it can increase our ability to focus, improve blood circulation, stimulate the body's immune system, enhance flexibility and promote relaxation. Yoga can be practiced by anyone. Your physical condition is not a limitation.
MEDITATION. This is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with your Authentic Self and to have a daily way of feeling Inner Peace.
